hlbaee Terms & Conditions

To register and use the hlbaee platform you must be at least 21 years of age. By completing the registration process you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. hlbaee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account on hlbaee. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and any other information reasonably requested during registration or subsequent verification checks. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

Each individual may hold only one active account on the hlbaee platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly forbidden. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice. Funds held in duplicate accounts may be withheld pending investigation. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided in their entirety.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PIN with any other person. hlbaee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the hlbaee account.

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings on hlbaee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). hlbaee does not operate accounts in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by you through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

Promotional offers and bonuses on hlbaee are available to eligible registered players unless the specific promotion states otherwise. hlbaee reserves the right to exclude any account from bonus eligibility where fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional terms, or breach of these Terms is suspected. Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or systematically abuse bonus offers — including through low-risk hedging strategies, the use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play with other parties — constitutes bonus abuse. hlbaee reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings derived from suspected abuse and to close the account involved without prior notice.

All casino games and betting markets offered on hlbaee are provided by licensed third-party content and data suppliers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software or by live real-world events. hlbaee does not manipulate game outcomes and cannot reverse any result once a game round or wager has been settled.

In the event of a game malfunction, network error, or software fault that renders a game result uncertain or void, hlbaee reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction will not be paid. hlbaee's decision regarding malfunction-related disputes is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hlbaee platform:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to place wagers
• Exploitation of pricing errors in betting markets
• Any form of cheating, hacking, or reverse engineering of platform software
• Money laundering or use of hlbaee for any unlawful financial purpose

Accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately. Outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation and, where applicable, reported to the relevant authorities.

hlbaee is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Registered players may request the following responsible gaming controls at any time by contacting support:

• Session time reminders — alerts after a specified period of active play
• Self-exclusion — voluntary account lock for a defined cooling-off period

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hlbaee's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. hlbaee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.

Games and betting markets on hlbaee are supplied by independent third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. hlbaee acts as a distributor of this content and is not the original manufacturer or licensor of the underlying game software. Disputes regarding game mechanics or outcomes may be escalated to the relevant game provider in addition to hlbaee support.

Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed or the bonus balance will be forfeited. In the event of termination for cause, hlbaee may withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved at first instance, it will be escalated to our senior disputes team for review. hlbaee's decision following a completed internal review process is final and binding.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency arising from translation into another language, the English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never formed part of the agreement.
